The Commercial & Electrical Division of Intertek provides comprehensive product safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and performance testing and certification, that enable manufacturers worldwide to reach the markets necessary to capitalize on competitive business opportunities. These are provided to customers in such industries as HVAC, appliances, lighting, power supply, accessories, audio/vedio, IT, industrial machinery and building products.

Intertek's facilities in China were founded by the end of 1999. Up to now, we have 6 laboratories and sales offices in China, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Wenzhou, Yuyao, Dalian, Qingdao, to provide timely and local service to manufacturers all over China. Our experience and knowledge of products, standards, markets and regulatory regimes can help manufacturers achieve the quickest time to market, and reduce the cost.
